Meet the Deli Man (cont'd)
These days we don't leave the meat out, but flavour, freshness and aroma are still what sells. So I like to hack off chunks and let people sample what we have. Another great way to try-before-you-buy is to have us make you a fresh bun or sandwich.
Sandwiches are really popular, especially with the lunch crowd from nearby offices. We make an endless variety, but customers in the know ask for "the Mario special." I'd tell ya what's in it, but not here. You're going to have to come in and find out.
